Supply of cotton fibre
We purchase high quality cotton fibre, which is intended for production of textile (woven) products, but with a shorter fibre length — specifically for production of nonwovens
High-tech European lines are installed at the plants, providing full automation of processes
Our production facilities are characterised by high requirements to production processes and economical use of natural resources
Fibre treatment process
The cotton is cleaned of flower boll debris and bleached with active oxygen, without use of chlorine-containing chemicals
Spunlace nonwoven fabric production
Pure cotton fibres are placed in an even layer on a conveyor belt. The fibres are bound together by thin jets of water under high pressure, so that they are interwoven to form a strong nonwoven fabric
Medical products — bandages, wipes, nonwoven gauze, adhesive dressings
Finished product
12 automated lines for production of finished products in the following categories:
Hygiene and household products — wet wipes and wet flushable toilet paper, cotton swabs and pads, rolled household wipes
Feminine hygiene products — tampons, pantyliners and sanitary pads for critical days
Quality control
The company has its own authorised laboratories at both production sites. Each batch of products is checked for compliance with quality characteristics according to a number of parameters
All products are additionally checked in independent accredited laboratories on a regular basis
And the company itself is annually audited by representatives of retail chains and inspected by Roszdravnadzor. GMP and ISO 13 485 certification is obtained and annually confirmed
